Staff development is an intricate part of on-going training and team improvement curriculum. The majority of these programs are fully paid for by the Annie Porter Ainsworth Memorial Library but it is always at the discretion of the Board and prior approval is required. Individual development may be reimbursed upon prior approval.
The library shall reimburse mileage at the prevailing recommended federal level. To be reimbursed, a mileage reimbursement claim form must be completed and submitted to the Library Board of Trustees for approval. For mileage reimbursements, mileage round-trip will be paid from the Annie Porter Ainsworth Memorial Library to staff development destination.
